The Omelette Factory surpasses any restaurant's customer service. Their manager Trish is above and beyond with caring for her customers. She stops by all the tables to ensure everyone is doing good. The food is also above average. The portions are generous and the quality is very good. We had the French Dip and the Philly sandwich and both plates were generous and delicious. If you are in the neighborhood and ready for a meal, I would definitely recommend this Santee location.

This restaurant had the best customer service, and the waiters and hostess were above and beyond your expectations. The food was so good I had the chicken fajita omelet, and I could not even finish my food. My plate was plenty full. Also, the people who work there have great teamwork. I would recommend this place, your number one go to place. We were here visiting from Orlando, Florida.

I haven't actually ever eaten here. I deliver with Uber eats and every time I pick up food here the staff is friendly and the food is almost always ready right when I walk in. One day I will take the time to eat here. But I give it 5 stars based on just my times I've been here to do food deliveries.

I have come to appreciate more and more with each visit just how enjoyable it is to dine here. The moment you walk in a lovely hostess greets you. I look forward to Tracey's greeting me with her warm smile. Then seated Immediately. In my six visits do far I've been seated Immediately. Then the gentlemen come right away.... what would you like to drink. Hot orange and spice tea with honey please and OH honey..... it's like I entered into a comfort zone. I just relax with the delicious tea. Then This awesome waitress Samantha asks "what would you like to order?" 'Oh the senior omlette sounds good'. Off she goes and before you know it she is bringing me this delicious looking Omelette. I watch the flow of incoming and leaving satisfied customers. Waiters and waitresses hostess all scurring about assuring that cups are full customers treated as Friends!! Of which I feel like when I enter the doors to this magical kingdom!! I recently purchased a home nearby and plan to make this my first stop inthe morning for my shot of Friendliness and morning nutritional food. The Omelette Factory in Santee is a true gem! From the moment we walked in, the friendly and attentive service was outstanding. Our server went above and beyond, ensuring our every need was met. The food itself was incredible – generous portions of delicious, freshly-made dishes. I had the California Omelette, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, and the hash browns were crispy perfection. My companion raved about the pumpkin spice hotcakes, describing them as the best they'd ever tasted. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. The coffee, ground daily, was rich and flavorful. This family-owned restaurant clearly takes pride in its food and service, and it shows! A must-visit for anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast or brunch. We'll definitely be back!

Ahhh mazing food, service, drinks and atmosphere. Went on a Sunday morning around 11:30. Wait was about 20 minutes for 4. Took a bit for our server to come by, but someone else came and got our drink orders. We got corn beef hash, chicken fried steak, eggs Benedict, and a senior meal for food. Bloody Mary was delicious and not spicy. The pancakes were so delicious! All the food was huge portions and so yummy! Our server, Mary was fun and attentive! Will definitely be back when I am back in town!

I enjoyed bacon and egg breakfast with the greatest tasting pumpkin spicy hotcakes. Wow, food was So tasty. Great service and very clean restaurant. Go get a fantastic meal there!!!!

This was my first time at the Omelette Factory and it won't be my last. Everything was delicious and hearty. I ordered the Highway 52 Omelette as well as the French Toast. The omelette was cooked well and the hash browns had a nice crispy crunch. The French Toast was equally as well made. The restaurant was clean, organized, and pleasant. My server was Mary, she did an amazing job! I had an overall great experience for breakfast. It's a solid spot to eat a good meal in Santee. Eat up!!!
